We need some way of tracking the colors an annotation (and motifs) should have, the user should also be able to change a color and set its priority.

Provide a GL widget like thing that handles the linking of base pair regions between different sequences. It should also handle laying out where the various sequences should go.

Users should be able to see things describing a sequence track, like where the left/right bases are, what the total length of a sequence is and what its name is.

This probably needs to be implemented at the Qt level as drawing text on opengl windows is hard.
