There are some weaknesses with the slider bar approach for the mussa sequence threshold. A better approach would be to use two linked spin boxes. One showing the current soft threshold / window size, and the other showing the current percent.

They should be linked so changing one would update the other so you could always see both the current number of base pairs matching and the percent match.
