When there were more than 3 sequences the SequenceBrowserWidget's sidebars had some rendering problems. (like the blocks were on top of each other?) I used the files I've got in mussa_analysis/land/myogenin_w30_t21 |

The left sequence position indicator shows zero, when it should show some other value (when the sequences have all been moved around). You can work around it by moving the scrollbar a bit. |
