Allow users to specify the file load file mask — at Version 1

Currently its somewhat mysterious what file masks we allow for mussa parameter and motif list files, we either need to remove the file mask, make it more obvious what they are, or let the user specify a the mask.
At least the file mask being used should be documented in the manual.
