There are many ways of going about this, ticket:10 for instance. However I think for the close milestone I might need to take some shortcuts. But the key necessary feature is that users can splatter motifs on their mussa analysis. |

I hacked in loading motifs from a file, but there really should be some kind of UI. This is closely related to handling of colors and other annotations in ticket:13. Basically I do need to add/delete/select colors for motifs, but don't know if its part of the generic annotation code or specific code. But I just want to make sure it gets done. |

It'd be nice if I didn't have to deal with both the qmake-qt4 derived makefile and my older include module.mk style makefile. Scons looks like it might be promising--especially with kde switching. |
