Load Analysis should spawn a new window

Description
When Barbara tried to use Mussa she tried to use the load menu like it'd behave like MSWord. So it might be useful for loading to create a new window instead of replacing the currently active one.

Technically the create from mupa file should open a new window too, but that'll require threading to really behave correctly.

I can make open saved analysis open a new window if the window isn't already empty. (AKA behave more like standard GUI apps.)
This will make load mupa file a bit different in behavior, but the common user isn't as likely to run into this problem.
