When closing an analysis window, cancel doesn't prevent the close

Description
Brandon tried to close a subanalysis window that hadn't been saved. It popped up the do you want to save Yes, No, Cancel. Hitting cancel didn't stop the close, which it probably should have.

At least on OS X and Linux there are no problems, perhaps windows has the problem?
