Should be able to save motifs

Description
It looks like the best path is that when saving an analysis it'll also save any motifs attached to it as well as letting one save a motif list as a seperate stand alone file.

Patche [404] added the lowest level save motif code [408] connected the save motif menu item on source:qui/MussaWindow.cpp and [418] updated the analysis save code to create a motif.mtl file if there were motifs and the load analysis code load that file if it exists.
