I noticed that many GUI elements are missing the "What's This?" documentation. We should go through and add documentation where possible.

Added comments for sequence information bar and new analysis dialog box. (Changesets: [518] & [519])

More "What's this?" documentation could be added, but this is probably good enough for a 1.1 or 1.0.5 release (depending on which version number we choose).
