Description
When running a batch of analysis mussa doesn't understand that its already run some of the seqcomps? is there a way to detect if a sequence has already been run?

Another useful version of this is if you changed part of an analysis, like swapping one sequence for another perhaps you could only rerun the comparisons that have changed.
