motifs may not be rendering corectly

Especially when moving around the sequence the motifs flash in and out.

For human, mouse, rat, chicken, cow myogenin barabara knows that the motif canntg should be showing up at the front end of the large exon.

One problem is that the motif is too small at the magnification.

The part about them bouncing around is just weird.
