The scrollbar navigation when zoomed in jumps too far

When you navigate by dragging the thumb around on the sequence view the page jump is large enough to skip over a 20bp window.

You can work around by using the scroll arrows.

Reopened as I really should rescale the page size.

Ok now I remember, I did rescale, the problem is the thumb jump size is just too large when you're scrolling through a large range (like 100,000).
