Description
There are many different types of things that we attach to a sequence, like seqcomp windows, motifs, annotations, etc. It'd be nice if all of these things shared a common "location" type that understood the start/stop/strand addressing.
I got the idea because I was feeling annoyed that motif searching returned matches for both forward and reverse compliment matches but gave me no indication that they'd done this.

this also takes over for ticket:10 since annotations and sequences will hopefully just be types of sequence, "motifs & annotations" will be integrated.
