Description

Need to be able to provide the sequence and parameters needed to run a mussa analysis from the GUI

I checked in what code I have written so far for the MussaSetupDialog. See changeset:112.

Implementation finished in [135] however it revealed a bug on os x that'd cause a crash (stupid mouse messages coming in random order), that was fixed in [136]
