Description
In no case was I able to see the feature I had highlighted shown in the alignment view (not colored in red for the nucleotides as was customary nor with connecting lines to define the mateched bases where they were within one screen. - at least not in the chicken plus mammels file.
(AKA it never shows an alignment.)

This was from all the bugs with the local alingment code, most of which appear to have been fixed.
And I've downloaded newer files too.
